Hello brothers, now i have problem with dell inspiron 3521. first time it has no display. i check vcc core and graphics core missing. i have changed isl95833hrtz, now VCC_CORE is ok but no +VCC_GFXCORE_AXG found. Please help me why graphics core missing.there is no short in PL700 and PL701. is isl95833 is bad?????? or which voltage is recquired for enable graphics core.

only pq700 pin 5,6,7,8 have 18v and oter pin have no voltage

check voltage on pl800 when power on, and without power supply and battery if it's shorted.

i think that vccgfxcore is the voltage that tell the isl95833 that vga is ok and that can turn on vcc core... infact on page 53 is vga power while on page 52 it's vcc core

it should be near pu800 check pq802 pin 5-6-7-8

Check with an magnifier the legs of changed ic are soldered correctly ?

i have another same board inspiron 5521 which have amd graphics thats why its need pl800. But this motherboard only have intel graphics and no amd gpu so its pl800 place is blank. i removed and resolder this chip. but same. thanks for reply me......

Dear i have dell inspiron 3521, i facing same problem no vcc core & vcc gfxcore voltage. as per schematic diagram there is 
1) VR_ON enable signal is available ie 3.3v
2) VDD voltage available ie 5v
as per concept ISL95833 should generates VCC CORE & VCC GFXCORE but this two are MISSING.

Mr. Nazrul please suggest me what to do.

whether i need to change ISL95833, but still i have not replaced it. because above voltages are present.

I am working on this same board. You should also check the high side fet PQ700, mine was shorted. Same symptoms. I havent replace the ISL95833HRTZ yet.

VR_ON doesn't appear on pin no 2 of the ISL95833 then the +VCC Core and GFX Core also zero, is somebody has fixed? .......

its look like missing signal. +VCC_GFXCORE_AXG is on if all signal is good. search the power sequence path.

i have the same problem on dell 3521,no vcc core pl700 & pl701 shorted to ground what can i do?
