finally solve it .

add 6x 330uf and 2x 470uf capacitors also change one capacitor inside CPU socket . now, if i press power button laptop start after 15 second and working good .delay 15 second in startup can create any problem in future
or its ok ?

so many cap ;you have to find good one with low esr. only 3 or 4 470 will suffice.

Maybe you are using capacitors with not low enough ESR. You need to read more of the other thread to get a better understanding.

is it possible to replace the nec tokin with 4 470uf tantalum caps?

I've tried replacing the nec tokin with 4 330uf caps this is what happened, only one channel of ram is working. Can you please help? Thanks in advance

This is not from CPU's capacitor's replacement... You are not lucky enough .. check all smd resistances pointed to your bad ram slot
