asus tuf FX506L no display and no power issue

this laptop came with no display issue...when turn on can hear windows startup sound but no display...
i check on motherboad found that F1 fuse is broken, i replace with new fuse but laptop cannot turn on at all...
when i leave F1 without attach new fuse laptop can turn on normally but no display...

Remove the fuse and check resistance to GND on both pads of this fuse. Definitely one pad is shorted to GND and that's why when you put the fuse,19V is pulled to GND.
Its a simple issue and can be easily solved with some basic troubleshooting.
