    Asus ET2012E v2.00 with a display issue

    Good mornin everyone!


    I have a computer all in one Asus ET2012E v2.00 with a display issue. When I put it ON, power LED goes ON, cooling ventilator runs but not nothing on the screen. I had connected to external sceen by HDMI but nothing again.

    I'm look for motherboard shematics . Any technical information will be helpful

      You can measure at the ribbon connector of the display, whether there is any voltage to measure.
      Can you use a keyboard and the CAPS LOCK LED switch on-and-off?

          Issue :
          Upon turning laptop ON, screen lights up - stays black & about 30+ minutes later ASUS logo is shown & boots to windows, then laptop works fine.
          Tried :
          Cleaned inside for dust, applied fresh thermal paste. No Change!
          Removed keyboard, Trackpad, fingerprint sensor. No Change!
          Removed Internal SSD. No Change!
          Updated BIOS to latest version. No Change!
          Removed battery and pressing power button for 1 minute. No Change!

          Hi guys, I need help from expert people (I try to repair at an amateur level I'm not a technician), I have this asus AIO ET2012E computer with a missing backlight problem, on the backlight cable in the central pins I measure 19V while from as I understood 45V should come out, the diode looks good as well as the resistors and capacitors, could it be a problem with the MP3394 chip? Anyone have suggestions? Thanks, I'll leave the schematic here...

          Hey guys, I got this model which stays black screen but CPU heats up. All voltages on board seems oK.
          Perhaps BIOS issue?

          Mark and model: ASUS X571
          Symptoms: not turning on. There is only the LED battery indicator working. The owner of the laptop told me this problem arrived one week after having changed the battery. He then managed to power on the laptop only once, and then it never powered on again.

          Tests already made:
          - Battery is charging when laptop is plugged in. The LED battery indicator turns white after a couple of hours of charge, indicating that battery is fully charged. However, laptop won't turn on anyway, with or without AC plug.
