US12 is a USB load switch & battery charger for the local USB port. Being shorted, other symptoms can follow. Flux and remove it and test again. At the very least, US12 must be removed and/or replaced.

Would you not have flux and hot air tools to remove the part? If not, suggest to work with a local cellphone repair shop to service this laptop.

Flux and remove CS5 capacitor. Then test the resistance to ground again. Is the short gone?

If not, flux and remove CS6? Test again. The last part on this rail is the ESD TVS diode array @ DS2 (check if this part is on board). If not, the fault of the short is either CS5 or CS6.

and i check UVH2 VIN = 3V when press power button

i think replace the DS2 make my laptop alive but my mistake is not pateint for waiting boot sequence and using for measure trasistance when plug power.
so that +3VALW was shorted and PCH blew up. =(

Yes, PCH & CPU are in a single package. GPU may be ok but if the resistance to ground is low on the Vcore / same 3v3 rail you are measuring then the CPU is most likely damaged.

If you wish, inject 1 volt onto this rail and remove the heatsink on the CPU. Review which part heats up during this voltage injection. If it is the PCH / CPU, then the part is defective. Post the exact measurement you have on this +3VALW rail before starting. The same rail can be used to power the VIO pins on the PCH.

i remove PU1901 but when i plug battery, plug charger and press power button so it make PCH blew up
replace PCH maybe so hard for me so well maybe i will sell it
