    Dell Latitude 630

Can anyone tell me Where to order a screen for a Dell Latitude 630 and a Sony Vaio VGN-NS130E? Purchased a replacement from MicroCenter, then once I got it home it did not fit. I took the laptop in to the store with me to assure they would have the correct one for sale but when I returned it for not fitting I was told that was what they were directed to sell according to their computer for my laptop. I've checked the internet; Amazon, etc. but how do I know if it is the correct part that I am ordering before doing so? What should I look for after removing the screen? Seems to be a very simple repair process if I can only be assured of getting the correct screen!!??

Ok, well here's my other problem if anyone can direct me what I should do: 7 month old 60" Samsung no longer turning on after lightning strike to home, despite power surge cord??? Unworthy of use anymore, excessive repair cost or is there some worthwhile hope (AFFORDABLE) still on the horizon???

you will get the maker and part number of your screen on the back of the old screen, the size will be in the part number, just google part number to find sellers

your second post needs to be in the tv trouble shooting forum that badcaps has
      good luck

        I hate that dell!
I actually found a glossy screen to find in to that little bastard and guess what it was not compatible. it work but the backlight was dim (LOW)
I took me 3 weeks to find a mate screen to be compatible and to be normal on the light.
I even swap the backlight(neon) no success.
it needs to be the same god stupid dell compatible screen.
I pity you cuz you have to work on that notebook.
        Good luck Sir!
Just cook it! It's already broken.
