Lenovo Legion Y7000-2019 FN key not working properly

i just format this laptop and fn key not working properly....i cant turn on keyboard backlight, f11 will disable touchpad instead of lower brightness....look at the video...please help, i have no ideas about this,,,,already tried update bios, install all driver on lenovo website also dint help
