Hello, everyone!
I have here a Schenker VIA 15 PRO, with this numbers on the board: PF 4NU1F V1.0 and P/N: MBPPF4NU18-F310 .
I took out the memory and the battery and the SSD.
So, in stand-by, only the board, takes 36mA. No power-button pressed at all, I can measure 1.8V, 3.3V, 5V. All coils present voltages except the two power rails for the CPU. The CPU is a AMD Ryzen 5 4600H.
After pressing the power-button, the current raises to 500mA and the two power rails for the CPU show up with 0.8V.
After several seconds, the fans switch-off and the board keeps powered on by 480mA forever. But no picture.
Without the cooling heatpipe, the board switches off after several seconds. Because it gets too hot, I think.
After this automatic switching-off, the standby current is 12mA, not 36mA anymore. Only 3,3V and 5V are present now. 1.8V is off. I think, this shall be the normal behaviour in stand-by.
I can also wake-up the board now with a short pressing of the power button.
If the heatpipe is mounted, the board does not switch-off by itself and therefore never enters the 10mA-standby.
With a short press of the power button, the board does not start anymore. Only with a long press, I can force a restart of the board. Then the current goes up again to 480mA, but no picture.
No picture on internal display, no picture on external HDMI monitor.
With mounted memory, the current consumption is 80mA in stand-by and 800mA after pressing the power-button. After several seconds, the fans stop spinning and the current sinks to 770mA. This keeps forever. Still no picture on any output.
The fans spin for some time to time. So the cooling system seems to work.
So, slowly I get out of options.
Any good idea for me?
