you can isolate the port from the chip by removing the transformer
check if the crystal is running first.

I already removed transformer but still lan port green and orange light is on when I attach adapter.

don't have one as of now. regarding crystals I just replace them with good working one.

yes I have replaced it twice to make sure. do you think this is video chip related? But it does not freeze or reboot, that's why I doubt if its video related.

Actually I'm thinking about it, the question is how
