Dell Inspiron 7586 The mouse not showing on the windows

Good day great minds, please I have this Dell Inspiron 7586 2 in 1 Laptop, anytime I put the SSD In it and it load to window the mouse will not work but if I enter bios settings the mouse will work fine, if I go back to window it will not work and if I remove the SSD also the mouse will work well, but the issue is no with the SSD because I have tried several other SSD but the issue remain.

Connect another USB device onto any of the USB ports such as an external keyboard. Does that work?

The mouse only works, when on bios setup, and when there is no SSD that has window. But if there window in the SSD it will not work

Also, this could be a security setting inside of the BIOS. That is, the USB ports are disabled upon boot of any OS.

Test another mouse. Most will use the default OS HID driver driven hardware designs for the USB mouse and keyboard so no special driver is (usually) required. Simply plug & play. Test with a bootable USB stick version of Linux and confirm if the mouse works on Linux. So far, appears to be an issue with the Windows OS. Plug in a keyboard to check if the keyboard functions.

Did you try a fresh install of Windows 10/11?
Does it work during Windows installation?

And like Mon said, try with a keyboard ! Windows key will open starter menu…etc..
Look if the time change too in Windows, if Time is stuck, laptop may be Frozen..
