iPad Air 5 only charging on Laptop

Hi, I have an iPad Air 5 here, this thing only charging on a macbook or laptop. It does not charge on any wall charger or other things. Tried different cables with no result. When plug in into laptop sometimes it does not start charging and I have to turn the plug and the it is starting. The USB port looks ok with usb-c tester, battery also ok. I have no idea where to start searching. Any suggestions? Thanks

I tried searching the forum for whether this has been uploaded already, but couldn't find them (as a collection).
Here's a dump of a bunch of iPads, I've split into 2 archives to get under file limit

Strange! Acer laptop not powering on but charging the battery (orange light on when charger and battery plugged in).
    by serious_electron
    Hello Everyone!

I have an Acer Aspire A315-42 laptop. I generally leave it on for long time by closing down its lid (so it enters the sleep mode). Recently, it rained quite heavily in out area. And the humidity and moisture seem to be high. So one late evening, after I opened the lid and turned on the laptop, it did power on as the blue light turned on but after it booted to the desktop screen, just 5-10 seconds after both the screen and blue light went out and laptop shut down (the blue power light turned orange). And after 2-4 seconds that orange light went off and the laptop died.

ASUS X54H laptop thinks it's always charging even with charger unplugged
    by flat-earther
The charging indicator light on my ASUS X54H laptop is always on even when the charger is disconnected.

Windows also shows ''Plugged in'' when charger is not connected.

This problem started year ago gradually, when unplugging the charger the charging light took several seconds to disappear, then minutes, and now almost always on even when unplugged for an entire day.
Strangely, before sometimes immediately when plugging in the charger the charging light went away, and later came back with it connected.

    HP Laptop not charging..
    by Davi.p
Hi, exactly on the August 2023 i saw a YT video from "electronic repair school" channel, where it says a technique how to recover dead batteries not charging, probably them has been left uncharged for too long and became "locked" by internal circuitry to avoid wrong chargement by laptop, i'm still wondering why every cellular phone also the oldest and cheaper has a built in slow charge modality to avoid danger on li-ion cells, and on laptop i' ve never heard of that option, only stupid lock modes so those are ready for the trash bin, this maybe due to bigger size / more danger,...
