Can you post a clear pic of what you believe is the charger IC? Unable to locate a schematic but Asus in general, are very protective of their IP.

Is the power adapter the OEM original and recommended model for this unit?

VCC Core will appear much later and there are lots of rails which should be present before it comes up. Check whether you've 1.2V/1.05V rail preent or not?

Hi Dear Friends, I too am working on an ASUS VivoBook X1504ZA-BS51-CB motherboard X1404ZA Rev:2.0. Identical problem like ravi_1617 post #1. Thought it was a BIOS problem, I got it updated. All main voltages 19V, 3.3V, 5V, 1.8 present but still this board does not turn on. There was a slight liquid spill on one of the USB ports. It was not much, cleared it, but still the board is Dead. What could be the reason that board is not turning on. Any tips will be much appreciated & if anyone could share the schematics for this model. Thanks in advance

@mferna, with asus the golden words are "powergood signals". If you have 5V/3.3V/1.8V/1.05V in standby but still doesnt turns on,very likely one of the powergood signal is pulled low. Check the diodes for PG signals.

Dear mcplslg123 thanks for the tip. In this whole motherboard I only see 2 physical Diodes & they are good, others maybe in a package, without a schematic, can't even trouble shoot. All based on mere fluke. From where will these PG signals generate?? Do you think the I/O maybe bad. But I surely get 3.2V on the Power On/Off Rails. What you think?
