a300d stupidity

Received a a300d blue board bd3 model board, enter the store , not giving image , just gave a very fast little reflow with the hot air , it gave image no problem , so contacted client and gave him 3 prices for fix , one for chip replacement , another for reballing same chip and for does who have pratically no money due to economical problem , i also due reflow , this client wanted the reflow due to the cost , i've reflowed it , and shunted the pins to turn it on , but dysplayed no image .. i took it was strange , also because fans were not spinning .(it should when pressed ON) so i lift the IGP and resoldered back .. SAME ISSUE , fan dont spin and no image . ok so i relfash bios , same thing . interchanged the 4022 chip with a 4026 but the same .. so after some schmeatic reading , what was controling fan was the KB , so since fan dont spin , i replaced KB controler , after that fans start spinning , but still no image , so i returned to the 4022 chip , but the same fan spin but no image .. so now im a bit stuck here ..when i shorted the pins of CN8 to turn it on it could touched another pin ,, but they are only 4 .. 2 for kb one 5 volts and one ground .. so in any case if i would touched accidentaly another pin , KB would be fixed after replacement and machine should be giving image .. but no .. this machine is driving me crazy , cheked all coils and states and all seem ok .. So in this moment im open for sugestions ..

board model . DABD3GMB6E0 REV:E THIS IS A BOARD WITH SB AND IGP ONLY , THERE IS NO MXM SOCKET AND NO EXTERNAL PCI X GRAFICK CARD.

after all lots of reading and measurings , its only possible beeing a IGP problem , replaced the IGP with one i found here , WORKING

I have the same problem with this board,

the laptop video card work but with lines, after reballing , power led is off after 2 seconds

i test with another graphic board, working, after some hour test again,and same like first board, power led on , and off after 2 seconds

i buy another graphic board, now the power led is on , the 2 led that light "toshiba" is on , but no image ?

shoul i try bios ?

u kill igp with your reball. that cause short and another components like mosfets or capacitors can be bad.

NEVER start reballed laptop if u not check resistance of it.

Can you tell how much is the right resistance ohm on the ati or nvidia chip .
how an i find, this value is on schematic ?

you can't , regarding that if you read resistance on the component above the chipset , cannot be less than 3 ohm . meaning if its less that 3 ohm , there is a big chance of the internal die to be in short.

well , imagine that the internal die of the chip was way to hour used !! , once you reball , you must apply 3X heat , one for remove chip , another for clean , and the last one to resolder it back .. so it simple die.

alltough is a bit common IGPS staying shorted after some heat applyed , specially if to much heat as well.

- i buy another board, the laptop have no image.

I did not heat the mainboard, only graphic external card.

so we are telling you , you killed the pci grafic module not the motherboard itself .

how i kill the graphic module ? i have 3 board, only one i make reballing, other 2 is like factory

explain me this - - one graphic card , the laptop starts , i put the laptop away, after some hour i tested again, and no image,power led start and off in 2 second,

i did not make any repair at this board, first time was ok,
