Shadow the other caps from this region. Carefully, flux one of the caps that are the same size -> allow it to cool down -> measure the capacitance. Place a similar cap onto these missing pcb pads.Comment

Thanks very much. Seems to be 10uF. I was told when I first started doing this kind of work that it wasn't possible to measure the capacitance of capacitors so I've never tried since!Comment
