I need help error Dell 3493 no video

I have had problems with a Dell that turns on but does not give video, I ran the Bios thinking it was going to be solved but no, it has all the voltages 5 Alws and 3 Alws, but I was checking the schematic and in pum01 I have no signal on the pin #7 (S3) which is the DDR_VTT_ON signal of 0.6v, can anyone help me?

En on pin8 is present. If EN on pin7 is missing, check the resistance to GND on pin7. S3 will come from PCH.may be your mb is stuck in S5 stage or may be even S4 stage of 1.2V is present on ram coil.

the voltage of the coil that goes to the memories if present is 1.2v, on pin 7 there is only one resistor, but it is not present on the board

1.2V on ram coil means you're atleast in S4 stage.
You didnt share resistance to GND on pin7.
        Check resistor on TON pin.

on pin 9 the resistance is 502 ohms (photo)
          pin 7 without resistors

Take that resistor connected to TON pin out and then measure resistance across this resistor. Should be very high like 500k. I didnt ask for diode mode readings on TON pin.
What is the voltage on both pins of the resistor connected to pin TON?
Where is the problem in measuring resistance to GND on pin7 of this ram IC?

I measured the resistance on the outside and it marks the same as the photo published previously (502) , I put it back and with a voltage at the source of 19v 3a, before the resistance 19.03v and then 18.90v on pin 9 of TON. in the resistors of pin 7 it does not mark anything.

SKYLINE_bogota, he wants you to measure resistance between pin 7 and GND, without power connected. He is not asking for the resistors soldered in the board.

This is what marks between pin 7 and GND

Either you're not able to understand me or i'm getting confused. As per post#5, your meter scale is 2000 ohms and measurements shows TON resistor is measuring 500 ohms. Is that correct?

Best way is to de-solder resistor on TON line, set meter to M ohms scale and then measure resistance between the two ends of this resistor. Should read 500K approx.

The unsoldered resistor measures 502 ohms and the soldered resistor measures the same 502 ohms. I'm looking for a 500k resistor to replace it, because I think the value is not correct.

Anything close to 450K will do. A slight deviation is fine. The voltage on one end of this TON resistor should be 19V and the other end connected to the IC should be approx 1V.

Gpu DELL OEM RTX3080 No video
                          by PacoGT
Hello friends, I have a question. They brought me this video card, a DELL RTX 3080. They told me that it fell and the impact no longer produced video.
When trying it, it's as if it wanted to give video but in the end nothing, I already checked voltages etc. everything is as it should, but without video
I suppose it could be a bios problem but since sometimes they don't tell you everything, I've searched for the bios everywhere but without success
I can't find a backup or something to try to reprogram bios and see if it's the fault, could you help me maybe someone has one that...

Dell E6400 PT434 type Battery Charging Stuck at 1%. Battery Pinouts?
                          by Bowline
My question pertains to understanding the control circuity inside a Dell PT434 type battery used in Dell E6400, E6410 and other Dell notebooks?

Does anyone have a circuit diagram for the inside of a Dell PT434 battery and/or a description of how the control lines work to control this battery?

My reason for asking is I have a battery which I cannot get to charge beyond 1% in a Dell E6410 or E6400.
The LED bar graph charge indicator on the battery shows one LED lighted when the info button is pressed.
I have tried multiple different Dell power adapters. My Dell...

hello friends, I have a DELL LATITUDE 5420---MODEL P137G, ST 20TFKN3 LA-K491P REV:2.0 (A01) and its quite a challenge. It powers on with the battery disconnected, lasts on for about 15 secs, and then shuts off. It does the same with battery only (no adapter). With battery and adapter it sometimes starts after hitting the button several times. It displays nothing in every case. Since only the Boardview is available, I guided myself with schematics similar to this laptop (I'll add them down). Some measurements:

1- After receiving power SIO_SLP_S0# goes high and never changes.

Dell Latitude E7470 i7: no TPM + TXT in BIOS/Firmware (but chip is present on the motherboard)
                          by chaos_prevails
                          Hello,

I've purchased 2nd hand Dell Latitude E7470 i7-6600U and it works fine, except ... there are no TPM or TXT/Trusted Execution settings in the BIOS/Firmware. However, looking at the schematics I found the chip handling TPM (NPCT650JA0YX) soldered to the system board. Also, looking at the service tag and the product specifications, this device comes with TPM (and vPro) support (I know that devices sold in China, Russia are not allowed to ship with TPM but this should be reflected in the service tag). I can also login to MBex to configure, etc.

                          In the produce specs...
