I have had problems with a Dell that turns on but does not give video, I ran the Bios thinking it was going to be solved but no, it has all the voltages 5 Alws and 3 Alws, but I was checking the schematic and in pum01 I have no signal on the pin #7 (S3) which is the DDR_VTT_ON signal of 0.6v, can anyone help me?

the voltage of the coil that goes to the memories if present is 1.2v, on pin 7 there is only one resistor, but it is not present on the board

Take that resistor connected to TON pin out and then measure resistance across this resistor. Should be very high like 500k. I didnt ask for diode mode readings on TON pin.
What is the voltage on both pins of the resistor connected to pin TON?
Where is the problem in measuring resistance to GND on pin7 of this ram IC?

Either you're not able to understand me or i'm getting confused. As per post#5, your meter scale is 2000 ohms and measurements shows TON resistor is measuring 500 ohms. Is that correct?
Best way is to de-solder resistor on TON line, set meter to M ohms scale and then measure resistance between the two ends of this resistor. Should read 500K approx.
