Acer Swift Go 16 MODEL: N23C7 SFG16-71-771P USB/Audio Board wanted

    Hello everyone,

    I have a:
    Laptop (Acer Swift Go 16)
    MODEL: N23C7
    SFG16-71-771P

I need to replace the USB/audio board but can't find it anywhere. I googled, used Goolge image search, nothing, not even on aliexpress.

Do you know where else I can look for the part?

Does no one have any idea where else I can look?

My problem is that I can't start the laptop without the circuit board.

Green: This is the power on button.
Red: This is the defective circuit board.
Blue: This is a ribbon cable going to the mainboard.

Is there any adapter or way to run the power on cable directly to the mainboard so I can start the laptop?

Have you tried repairing the board? What is the fault symptom? That PCB has several ESD protection components which can be removed if they are shorted (DS1, DS2, DS22, DS23).

For some hard to find parts for Acer, you email the parts reseller and get a quote (in Australia it's Infinity Computers for example in Canberra). Prices are usually eyewatering though.....
Your profile says you are in Germany so try https://www.acer.com/de-de/support/purchase/spare-parts for a Acer reseller in your region.

You might want to get a schematic for the motherboard to ensure the board is indeed faulty before you order it if its expensive.
