Inspiron 1564 no display

Have a strange problem here, Dell Inspiron 1564 powers on with 6 short beeps followed by 5 short beeps with a blank screen
Also no video from external output.
And when I plug in keyboard, power on, wait for the beep sounds then press Ctrl+Alt+Delete system restars and I can hear beep sounds again.
This makes me think there is something wrong with GPU or system memory.
Tried with new memory
A bit reflow to GPU
Another CPU

A corrupt GPU maybe ?

One thing left to do. Reflashing BIOS. But the files I downloaded from Dell official confused me, I could not realize which file I must use to flash PCH BIOS, below is the schematic, board pictures and BIOS files and help me find out how to bring back the video

Büyük bir ihtimalle ekran kartı problemi. 5 bip pil, 6 ekran hatası(kablo yada panelde de hata verir).

I think its gpu giving that error. First 5 beeps for battery(cmos) ,second 6 beeps for bad video.

Do a proper GPU REFLOW

All symptoms and error codes pointig me the GPU,today I reballed it properly but not a single difference happened. I guess I need dump for PCH BIOS.
spidey no matter with or without the display, its beeping anyway.

did you try another screen ? not without a screen. I've already seen this error before because of bad screen.

Which gpu does it have? Ati I guess? It might be totally off so only change maybe?

Tried with new screen, reballed GPU, no positive result.
if someone have the PCH BIOS dump for this mobo please share

please make shore the rtc voltage is correct before you go for any other things if the rtc is missing you not get any thing work fine.

Try another screen and change all ram memory and test one by one check all supply voltage for ram and cpu vga...
