    HP X360 11 0v on bios 8th pin

    Hi.
i have problem with few laptops. now am asking about

    HP x360 11 g2 EE A02
    MB: 6050A2908801

all the voltages and Res are fine and present
only the Bios chip. have 0v on 8th pin and all pins!!
but if i removed the chip, i get 3v on the pads!

i can read the chip normally with T48. so is the chip shorted or faulty? how i can check it?

Confirm 7.1 Ohms at the 3.3V and 5V supply and whether you took this measurements without power present.

will after few moments the reading of the two coils turned to "ol" and the voltages of 3.3 and 5v have gone completely from the board

8th pin of bios chip may be powered after turning on. thats how the newer boards works. 3V/5V will appear momentarily on coils and disappear as system goes to deep sleep mode.

Is the motherboard turning on or is that your exact problem?
