new here, Acer AN515-43 no power or charge

Hi all,
I am new here and am looking to diagnose this board, from the looks of the internet these are known for problems
No power no charge, found from another post with a slightly different problem, a diagram which I'll use as reference.
PQ310 has 19.5v power one side, none on the other. Pin 4 has nothing, PQ311 has no power either side, power is at the resistors and capacitors right next to pq310.
The side of PQ310 with no power also shows a short to ground but only sometimes (Get my multimeter beeping from it sometimes but then sometimes it will show 385) PQ311 on the left hand side always shows short to ground . Where should I go from here?

Flux and remove PQ301 and then check if the short condition is gone. No power during resistance and diode mode tests.

Resistance to GND on PR303? Meter set at 200K scale or more.Black probe to GND,red probe on any pads of PR303. Share measurement.

Appears to be a short to ground, no resistance, my meter just says 1. I will carry out what mon2 says today. Thanks for the responses guys.

If the meter is showing a ‘1’ this means the selected meter scale is too low. Select a higher resistance scale till you have a proper resistance measurement. The ‘1’ means over limit on your meter. To confirm, short your meter probes. This will offer a low resistance measurement close to 0 ohms.

another method is to use diode mode on the meter. Then red meter probe to ground; black meter probe to the point to test. The meter will tone beep if a short condition. Test it by touching the meter probes.
