dell la-C361p no video power okay

so i got this dell xps 15-9550 la-c361p board and the power IC for vccgt was burnt AOZ5019, Replaced it i get all voltages cpu and also gpu voltage 0.9v and vccgt 0.7v.Now i believe this machine has common issues.it power on and then i can see keyboard backlight ok.Also when i take off the ram it gives me ram led error.another thing when i press D and power on my lcd gives a test RGB pattern.I have changed the bios, also i see activity on the oscilloscope the data input and output try to say the cpu wants to fire up.The intel me flash tool used is 11.0.0.1178 which i cant find .i have the flash tools 11.0.0.1173 but it gives me errors.
Anyone solved this issue with this model.or and ideas what to look for.

Most likely damaged graphics engine inside SOC due to burnt AOZ5019. In such cases, it always feels like display is about to come but will never come. Usually ,when GFX voltage is constant on SOC board,thats an indicator of damaged graphics engine inside SOC. have faced it on dell inspiron 3567. After replacing the SOC,display came. may be your case is not same as what i experienced but worth noting the point.
