    hello
    this laptop powers on but with no screen
    i changed ram the same problem.
    here the voltage diagram of bios pin before and after I press power switch button .(i got the same voltage)

    pin1=3.3v pin2=0v pin3=3.3v pin4=0v pin5=3.225v pin6=3.2v pin7=0v pin8=0v.

      Usually, pin 3 is connected to pins 7 and 8. Find out why you are missing 3.3v at pins 7 and 8.

      Is this chip an ec bios or system bios?

          Some of these boards have NEC/Tokin proadilizers behind the CPU socket. Can you check for one?
