AFAIK:

Suffix Code B1 on NPCE985PB1DX a few pinout have signals/voltages 1.8V only, BE AWARE with code suffix A0 on NPCE985PA0DX most likely have signals/voltages 3.3V.

Note:
Need confirm from other experience Techs here.

PM6686 and PM6686TR are the same, the TR means Tape and reel ,its just the type of packaging that the IC`s are supplied in .

Since MAX17411 has many pins, no other IC seems to be compatible to it. It would be better to buy exactly the same MAX17411 model with the same number of pins.
