I reflow ATI GPU but nothing hapened!!!!!!Now does not work at all as before

I believe you should flash your bios chip like they said above

then it was too hot now the chip is damaged, need to replace it with a new one

it happend to me before on dv2000..

replace the chip and reflash bios!
