CQ62 No display

Any one please help me when i recived this laptop full dead no side charging led .not on .few pf were short burnt.after replacing same status . after some time i found both the bios chip were interchanged .
now board is charging led on.turning on then off after 6-10 seconds . again if i turn
on it stays on constantly.all the coils showing power cpu heating normal temp .I need datasheet and bios Board DAOAX1MB6H1 REV:H
bios file size showing 4mb is it correct.

can i get bios .or bios size coz some one changed bios chip before coming to me i have programer
