    Vaio VPCEE43EL (DA0NE7MB6D0) LAN is not present

    This motherboard I've got for replacement has a non-working LAN. Motherboard code is: DA0NE7MB6D0.

    I'm going to desolder the LAN chip from old motherboard and swap it, in the meantime, does anyone know how to test the RTL8111E? Here's schematic:

      Aight, so I swapped the LAN chip and it doesn't work either. I'm not getting any readings in LR6 and LR7 (conencting to PIN33 which must have 3V).

      I'm not good at this, all I know is RCVV3 is feeding those resistors, but I don't know how to test that.

      Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

          your SB820M may cause this problem too, did you reflow it ?

              Thank for the suggestion, I just did a reflow and LAN chip still doesn't show up.

                  just buy usb to lan adaptor, its better than damaging the board

                      check for RVCC_ON signal. also check xtal.

                          Subject is a blank screen issue in HP Envy 17-3290NR 3D version laptop with motherboard Louis V1.1 6050A2489901 MB-A02. Production year is 2012. This one is a 2nd hand motherboard which I could use it for few months only. Suddenly no output from the internal display and also no signal from HDMI port then Windows out of order after few boots.

                          Caps lock working normally and no HP's caps-lock warning blinks. Making a hard reset and replacing the RAM sticks or using different slots didn't help.

                          Fans are spinning. Blindly could install windows11 and got the device manager...
