Hello this laptop got water damage (as the customer said) i can't see any water traces on the mainboard. The board is completely off. 5V is missing, 3.3v is rising up and down, its not stable. I replaces power ic 51125 but its still the same, any ideas? i cleaned and dried the board but still nothing.

1. plz check pin 6 (19v) in the ic, if not coming confirm the input volt.
2. pin 20 (5v will be coming)

I check everything seems ok, i think the problem is from the keyboard controller, sad i don't have any to replace it
