Need help Identifying a chip on a HP CQ62 Motherboard

I need help Identifying the chip highlighted below, if it help this is on a HP CQ62's motherboard (part# 597674-001).

I've never seen the manufacturer's logo before and I can't find them in any logo searches and none of the markings result in hits when googled... I'm quite stuck here.
