Lenovo IdeaTab A1107 -- No Power (Need Help Identifying Internal Component)

I have a Lenovo tablet that stopped working all together. It will not turn on nor will it indicate that it is charging when plugged in. I have tried hard resetting, and leaving it with the battery unplugged for a long period of time. The USB charging port does not appear to be damaged.

There is one component inside that I was curious about. It appears to be a battery however I get a 0V reading off of it. I've attached pictures below. The first pic is the component as it appears with the back of the tablet removed, the second pick is from the other side of the board, and the last pic is the same as the first but with the rubber covering removed.

That's what I was thinking. I'm tempted to try and hook up a standard 3V button cell to it.

I considered that it might be a speaker or mic at first, however there are no openings in the housing anywhere near it.

why dont you measure it to understand what it is. there are + and - signs on the pcb, so most probably it is a battery.

I said in the original post I measured it. Came up with 0 voltage, so it's either faulty and possibly the source of the problem or not a battery at all.

I have never seen a lappy that did not have a cmos battery, so if you cant find a cmos battery on the motherboard, then that has to be a cmos battery
EDIT, dum me, its a tablet

Turns out it's some sort of vibrating motor. I've never seen one that is disc shaped like this but when I applied 3V it started vibrating.
