Is the charger ok?
Can you measure some voltage going to the battery?

i hv same problem with my dell d630 can't on. but hv 5v n 3v @ PU20. how can i proceed from here..

It can be gpu..check the fuse on the mainboard

You can try to flash bios ic or replace it with a new one.

how can i flash the bios since the laptop can't be on? do u mean flash outside using bios programer?...
