Toshiba NB200. Hang up after Post?

Hello To all

I Have Repair Toshiba NB200. Problem Is Hang-Up But can Go To Bios Setup if you Press F2. in a bios can change also Detect a Hardrive. Also Save Information.

I CHeck The Following
1, try Change Memory card and Install a 100% Ram not Luck
2, Try Change a Sata Harddrive not Luck Again.
3, I Clean all and Return the Original Parts. Not Luck
4, I try To Reflow the South Bridge and Gpu. Not Luck Same Problem
5 I Reflow the CPU. Same Us No Lock

Other Solution There?

Sir Automatically Boot Up. i Wondered why after save then In Bios. the cdrom internal Stop Hdd Light Indicator notlight. i Used also USB cdrom nothing. only disply blak screen?

it is a known problem of this machine. Just desolder your bios spi eeprom and replace with new one programmed with the proper bios file from official web site. Usually the old one wont work, so find a new ic.

More Thank You My Friend. But I dont Know Where the SPI Eeprom location. Do you Have a Screen Shot, picture or Diagram ex. u12 or u13 ?????. you can point out which parts and which location? pls teach me Master?

its easy to find, look for a 8pin sop ic with a mark on it. a dot mark on the ic. and sst25x or w25x80 or 24cxx etc. i'll check it from the schematic and will write its marking.

U36 from the service guide. i need to know the main board model name to check from the schematic.

Hang at startup is nm10 chip problem. If bios problem u cant see the bios information all blank screen

You are wrong, i've allready fixed at least 10 nb200 just re-programming the bios. And also this problem is a common problem of nb200's.

ok spidey just suggest to lorins_core if he has epprom programmer. reprogram the bios.let see if cant solve just change the nm10.

You are right spidey, U36 is the bios chip, at least if schematic is a LA-5121P REV: 1.0
