Toshiba L510 all usb and Sound not Working

dear friends,

i'm having a problem with a toshiba L510 laptop,.. usb and sound not working,
in device manager there is no problem or conflict and i plugin an optical mouse there is no red light as usually.. which part should i check first..?

Reflow/reball/replace southbridge.
