R61i power issue

Hi,
I need schematic for a R61i thinkpad.
I don't have 3V3 nor 5V, no gate voltage, no power on the MAX1540, but have 20V on FET for 3V3 and 5V. Unusual is one of the coils resistance is 18R9. Also the NB coil resistance is 5R4.
Any advice would be very helpfull!

Did any of you had the same problem?
No 3V no 5V on the coils but 19V is on the FET?

1: check if the u41(max17003) get 20v at pin 21 .
2:check if the pin 61 of u61 (RINKAN) provide the 3v necessary to activate the u41 chip
3:check if pin4 (shdn) of u41 chip get the 3v for his activation
4:check if pin5 and pin6 of u41 get ~3v to activate respectively the 3v and 5v that you are talking about.
