I know "No", "Oui" and "Bonjour". I suppose those three words may come in handy.
I tried learning German but gave up.

loool tom66 . but seriously it important for me to speak with someone here in french because it is my first language and secondly it very hard to find someone to answer a question in this forum when it is written in french

I can understand basic sentences and words, but I can't write it.

But Google Translate is good enough that we would be able to understand what you're saying if you type something there in French and ask Google to translate it to English

Je suis français, mais ici c'est un forum anglophone et international donc je ne pense pas qu'il soit très pratique de poser ses questions en français si on veut des réponses...
