    nVidia G86 - G84 compatibility

    Hi,

    I want to order a few these chips and found there is bunch of them with different codes. For example G84-600-A2, G84-601-a2, G84-625-A2. Are they compatible with each other??? If i remove one and put back other will that work

    And is it possible to replace g84 with g86 and vice versa ?

      G84 to G86 NO replace

      G84-6xx-A2 I replace G84-600-A2, but Apple G84-602-A2 i replace only G84-602-A2

          G84-602-A2 can be replace with g84-603-A2

              Just archiving everything related to bumpgate since most stuff has disappeared from Google. Maybe people will finally take the time to read some of it and stop shouting "reflow gpu" at every occasion but rather try to understand what the real issue is…
