acer 5920 sometimes wont turn on

hi got acer 5920 only turns on 4 times out of 10 and once on it works fine just have to keep pressing power button and sometimes comes on and ive tried power reset by holding down power button without psu and battery and tried changing pc112 and pc118 but still same problem any one help

Not sure what the problem could be on this series but yes, those ceramic caps have no polarity so they can be put in either way.

I had a similar problem with a customers 5920. It powered on and off 4-5 times and 1-10 it powered on... I done 2 things and I resolve the problem. 1st changing capacitor C41 which gives to CPU 1-1.5V and ofcourse I changed the damaged CPU which occured the bad capacitor... Till now the Acer works fine without restarts...
