Dell latitude D800 HDD issue

Hi i got dell latitude D800 its giving message on startup " Primary hard disk drive 0 not fount"
No bootable devices--strike F1 to retry boot, F2 for setup utility.
I have 20 gb hdd but it shows in bios 28gb,
i changed hdd and run windows setup, in setup it doesnt make any partition.
help me out of this problem

Your HDD is probably dead.
What HDD have you used to replace?
