    Asus G72 laptop screen lines

    I have a G72 laptop that is a close friends it has 3 lines going up and down on the screen i have reseated all the cables to see if something was knocked loose and that was not the case. If you slightly twist the panel the lines on the screen will disappear. Any suggestions?

      Propably something wrong with LCD drives mounted o the back of LCD screen.
      Laptops and computers repair.

          Just wanted to update this thread with the resolution

          New screen fixed the issue from what I was reading this is not that uncommon with this model of laptop. Also had to pop for a new power brick for it because that was dead also. No biggie.

              I would like to program the bios again, to rule out a corrupted bios.
              However I run into a size error

              The bios chip is a Winbond 25R256JVEN
              Used my Xgecu T-48 to read the bioschip (using select chip as type XM25QH256B @WSON8, read somewhere...
