Modding, adding usb/c audio pcb to laptop with faulty sound card/chip, Lenovo L340

Hello
After months of trying I gave up my laptops sound card. I plan to solder a sound card on pcb inside my laptops case, probably connecting to usb ports inside. Do anyone has an experience to recommend pcb type audio/sound card suitable installing inside a laptop? Probably should have some type of amplifier for connecting to internal speakers ( speakers ).

I did that took apart USB audio card + amplifier card and soldered from speakers connector to AMP and to USB Audio card. works

Hi, I am planning to install this on la-k034p motherboard which has audio issues. Can you tell me if I should only use pam8403 or any other module as well. Lot of chinese and indonesian technician have solved using these boards. Attaching images for reference
