Asus x415EA no pover after first mosfet, notorious BQ24780S

Hello.Have this asus x415ea that slowly stop to power system. now no voltage on gates of first mosfets. dont have schem or bv. charging ic is notorious BQ24780S that i almost never get to work. when i junp first fets laptop work

replaced fets, BQ, measure everything. i have VCC, REGN, ACDET, but PROCHOT# is 0.0V which is active by datasheet. even when i inject 3V nothing changes

As I currently have a open repair with the same controller let's do some checks.
The dc-in fets are n-ch? What is the gate voltage at them?
At mine [motherboard powers on ok] I have 24,87 V at gates and the PROCHOT is 0V too. My only problem it that it doesn't charge battery so PROCHOT could be ok with the 0V.

strange. it can be bad charger. it charge for a little while and than stop. i atta my 65W charger and charging is ok. dont know if it was bad charger or bad BQ ic
