    OMEN LA-H482P not passing after bios

    i dont like semi working laptops because it is very hard to find a fault.
    This laptop is working in bios with no problems regarding graphic card there is no flickering and so on. But when i insert installed nvme disk or usb stick with windows installation it just freezes on apple logo and that white circle. So, i was thinking its probably gpu but...i also noticed that when it freezes it stays one and the caps lock light is not turning on/offf anymore...I could turn it on/off in bios or on startup but not any more. So it seems it is not posting after trying windows load...but that means it is not gpu issue.
    Anyone have any idea where to look? i changed one bios but same issue. thx

      There could be many reasons and its difficult to say something without mb in hand. Still,make sure there is no liquid spill/corrossion.
      Ram slot pins soldering is intact or not. With HP's this is very common issue.

              Hi can some one help me plz
              i have hp omen 17-cb0247ng (la h492p) it have bios problems and i flashed bios from usb the new one v53 and its boosting to bios but did not start to windows (blue screen of death) i tryed evry thig and not working
              i flashed bios with programer ( CH341A )and it will not boost to bios just fan working no disply now i flash the orginal bios back its working but no booting to windows same problem
              the bios from hp after extract have 4 bios file same size i tryed 4 of them not working
              i have the orginal bios if some one can see what the problem or...

              Hi,

              I have problem with my laptop. When I turn it on it do not POST. Black screen with FAN not working, When pressing CTRL+V/B I can go into BIOS update, but after auto restart there is no update screen. Nothing happen.

              Hi, my laptop wont boot at all
              With original bios no POST, only LED lights
              With alternative BIOS from model TP500LN (flashed via programmer) the notebook works again
              Some issues
              A- with bios from 500LN, it won't update from bios of model 500LA (from 500LN v203 to 500LA v300)
              B- If updated from 500LN version 203 to 300, the battery stops being recognized

              Things I tried

              Hello, I have an old Dell G3 3579 (ST: 2WQ7LP2-8FC8) with a newer 8FC8 BIOS password. I have successfully attached to the flash chip (W25Q128JVSQ) on the motherboard with a CH341A programmer and made several modifications using Intel FIT (e.g., allow software SPI write) without bricking. I was also able to boot to a modified GRUB shell where I attempted to edit many BIOS security related options like BIOS Guard/Lock, Flash Signature Override, ME FW Image Re-Flash, etc.

              Unfortunately, some of these modifications like to Intel BIOS Guard failed because it is fused into the PCH. Also,...
