    Lenovo Legion 5 15ACH6H - RTX 3060 issue

    I have this computer. When power button is pressed, the keyboard lights up like a christmas tree, the fans start spinning but no video. I erroneously thought the issue was a corrupted bios. I applied one of the available bios files from this website but that didn't change anything.

    I traced a short in the RTX 3060 circuit line. By injecting current to coil PL4005, a D9WCW chip (UG8) gets heated up big time. Nothing else.

    My question is this: can I transfer this chip from a donor board which I have or would I be better off ordering this chip from China? I don't have much experience soldering and de-soldering these types of chips. Is there particular temperature settings? Any input would be appreciated.
