NM-A752 no power

have nm-a752 motherboard with no power input mosfet gate voltage is missing charging ic is bq24780s input both mosfets are ok charging ic has
vcc 19v
acdet 2.86v
regn 6v
but acok is 0v.

removing pr301 all voltage is ok and i get 19v on one side of pr301

Remove all power. Measure the resistance to ground on the pcb side that is without the 19v. Leave pr301 off the board. What is the resistance?

pr301 pch side resistance is 1 mega ohm

Put the resistor PR301 back to its place and measure the voltages to ground on all pins of battery connector with the power supply + battery connected.
