This machine appears dead. I get 5vsus and 3vsus for about 20 seconds when I hit the power button. 1.05vsus and 1.8vsus also come up normally for about 20 seconds. RSMRST is 3v when I hit the power button. This led me to believe the problem is either BIOS or PCH? I tried another BIOS with the same results. I do have battery charge led after BIOS program. Don't remember seeing that before programming BIOS.
