    ACER D270 3V and 5V ALW Missing

    Hi guys, I need help here
    I have Acer D270 with no 3V and 5V ALW output.
    When I plug the power adaptor, no Current was drawn.
    There is no 3.3V in power button.

    I'm focusing at RT8223M, already check voltage in each input/output pin
    Pin 16- VIN = 18.88V
    Pin 13 - EN =6.15V
    Pin 18 -ENC = 3.3V
    Pin 3 - REF = 2V
    Pin 8 -VREG3 = 3.3V
    Pin 17 - VREG5 = 5V
    Pin 1 = ENTRIP1 = 0.99V
    Pin 6 = ENTRIP2 = 0.5V
    Pin 19 =LGATE1 = 5V
    Pin 12 = LGATE2 = 0V
    Pin 21 = UGATE1 = 0V
    Pin 10 = UGATE2 = 0V

    Any suggesion where to check?
    already replace the ic RT8223M, but no result

    Mayb ENTRIP2 is to low?

    PQ 38 voltage on SDG ? What is the resistance to ground PL 3 /4?

      PQ38
      S = 18.88V
      D = 18.88V
      G = 9.31V

      Resistance to ground :
      PL4 = 1.69K ohm
      PL3 = 2K ohm

        Pin 4 tonsel 2V missing
        Pin14 skipsel 3.3v missing
        Pin18 main enable missing 3.3v
        Pin 1 1.1V entrip1 ok
        Pin 6 0.79xx - 1.26 V entrip2 try to measure the voltage again ?

          Resistance to ground :in diode mood for continuity again
          PL4 =
          PL3 =

                Already checked, there was 19V there, both in PQ13 and PQ14.

                Looks like I've bought a defective chip here, I'm so confused.
                Maybe I will buy another chip, and try again.

                  For anyone who still searching the answer,
                  I already found the problem, I replaced both capasitors (PC46 and PC58).
                  Now I have the 3.3V and 5V, and my netbook can turn on normally.
