Try to test with a bootable USB media and check if the LED on the memory stick blinks during the boot process or not.

Could be a defective CPU but the climbing current draw in your posted video may show some hope that the logic board is booting.

U3900 is linked to the camera assembly.

Disconnect the camera cable and attempt to boot up again.

1070 GPU. DVI port removed, wire in its place, why? Stuck on low clocks too.
                      by GlenBrim
I got this recently as-is. Gigabyte 1070 video card.

DVI port is removed. I don't know why.
A wire is soldered across two spots where it looks like the DVI port was. I don't know why.

I've read of people simply ripping out DVI ports and the rest of the cards still working fine. Never read anything about soldering a wire in there for some reason.

The card seems to work fine, except it's stuck in low clock speeds. While starting a game or benchmarking, the clocks may momentarily increase to around where they should be, then goes way back down and stays...

Hisense 60R6E - No backlight - stuck in boot loop
                      by Mschrenkz@gmail.com
I joined hoping I'll be able to verify which component I need to replace on my Hisense 60R6E. When I plug it in the red light comes on and stays on for several seconds then blinks off and then on again. There is no back light but I can see the logo screen "Hisense Roku" (using the flashlight method) come on while the red light is off. Then it dissapears and the red light is constant again. This cycle keeps repeating. I tried pressing the reset button and it has absolutely no impact. Even held it in for 30 seconds also tried holding the power button in with the TV unplugged - nothing...

Yet another Samsung QLED Boot Loop
                      by Takeatry
Samsung QLED QN50Q β€” purchased 2022 started experiencing a delay in the picture coming on in the morning less than 2 years later. Did not know the term boot loop at that time. As the loop delay ran into a few minutes did all the recommended troubleshooting, soft and hard reset, changing cables and outlet locations, no help. As the delay increased contacted Samsung tech group and allow them remote access the tv. Tech was moving too fast to see exactly what he was doing but this ultimately it was also no help. Lived with the delay until it stretched out over 6 hours. Pulled of off the back cover...

Samsung 4K UN55NU7100F stuck in a reboot loop
                      by Yanleb
Ok, I have this Samsung 4K UN55NU7100F that is stuck in a reboot loop.

I know this is not a backlight issue since when I disconnect the power cable from the main board the power supply starts and the backlight is working just fine. Each of the 6 LED strip connectors measure 116 volts.

I've found that when I disconnect any one of the two LVDS cables going from the main board to the LCD panel (it doesn't have a T-CON board) it is working just fine (with no picture as you can expect).

On a few occasions I found that reconnecting the disconnected LVDS...

Macbook A1932 One Port stuck at 5v.
                      by Instafixx
                      I have a Macbook A1932 820-01521.

One port was drawing 20V and another port was drawing 5V. Machine did turn on.

                      Found corrosion near U3100 the CD3215 .
2 Resistors were missing. Cleaned and replaced them but still the same.
Reflow a few nearby components in that area in which i suspected corossion.

Is it a CD3215 fault. Is there any way i can check?
