    Acer e1-431 dead no power led, no PWROK_EC

    hi, I have problem with this laptop, it won't turn on, no led are on but power button have voltage 3.3v
    already replaced KBC, DNBSWON# still 0v, Bios already flashed and it still dead.

    voltage measured:
    VIN = 19V
    3VPCU = 3.3V
    5VPCU = 5.1V
    MAINON = 6.35V
    MAIND = 0V
    15V = 13.5V
    15V_ALWP = 13.47V
    S5_ON = 2.5V
    +A3VPCU = 3.3V
    +3VPCU_EC = 3.3V
    ACIN = 3.3V
    RTC_RST# = 3.3V
    +3V_RTC = 3.3V
    S5D = 0V
    BATLED0# = 2V
    BATLED1# = 1.5V
    NBSWON# = 3.3v, when pressed 0v
    DNBSWON# = 0v, when NBSWON#=0v or 3.3v
    PWRLED# = 1.5V
    SUSB# = 0v
    SUSC# = 0v
    LID591# = 3.3V
    PCH_RSMRST# = 0V
    PWROK_EC = 0v
    SUSLED#=1.5V

    To me, the following do not look to be correct values:
    MAIND = 0V (?)
    15V = 13.5V - too low
    15V_ALWP = 13.47V - too low
    S5_ON = 2.5V (?)
    SUSB# = 0v
    SUSC# = 0v
    LID591# = 3.3V
    PCH_RSMRST# = 0V - stuck in reset mode
    PWROK_EC = 0v - power is NOT ok for the EC

      PWROK_EC will come at amuch later stage,so not of concern now. PCH RSMRST# should be 3V.Unless its so,you wont get any response from PCH. In my opinion 15V rail showing 13.5V is ok. S5_ON should be 3.3V

        S5_ON still 2 5v, even though kbc are removed, in multimeter when set buzzer mode it doesn't show any short.
        R141 also good (it measured 10K, same like schematic)
        PCH_RSMRST# still 0v

          Check the impedance of Rsmrst #, I kinda think this is a pch fault issue. The DNBSWON# 0v gives a glue.

            PCH_RSMRST# resistance ~9.8Kohm
