MSI GL63 8RD stuck after windows loading

in bios setup this laptop was running ok....but when boot to windows, will stuck like this after windows loading....i've try change another ssd and try to reinstall windows but this problem still persist...ampere also drop from 2amp (at windows loading) to 0.8a (when stuck).....any help?

Try booting from USB stick with a live version of Linux. Perhaps a faulty driver on Windows so do try safe mode boot as well.

Mostly ends up with failed CPU/VRM.
