    Lenovo B570e Replacement of a steel mosfet

    Lenovo B570e (10290-2 48.4PA01.021 LZ57 MB), a steel mosfet, pu4313 (upper) of vcore was heating, removed, what mosfet can be used there and how, plz guide

    Best to use the original from AliExpress or other stores. Best if from a donor board.

    BTW - if the high side of the mosfet is deemed to be defective then most likely the CPU is dead. It is the high side mosfet that is used to drill down the 19v to a safe voltage value for the CPU power. This is a common fault.

        You need to replace upper/lower fets+Mosfet driver+vrm controller+processor to fix it. Most common fault on this mb.

          oh,, i already just change the defected upper mos, but core was not generating (although 3v/5v, 1.8, 0.99v VCCSA, 1.05v, Ram 1.5 was present), so have to change all you mentioned. thanks so sir.

            Yes, changing only the defective fet wont work. Each and every item i mentioned has to be replaced.
