Best to use the original from AliExpress or other stores. Best if from a donor board.

BTW - if the high side of the mosfet is deemed to be defective then most likely the CPU is dead. It is the high side mosfet that is used to drill down the 19v to a safe voltage value for the CPU power. This is a common fault.

You need to replace upper/lower fets+Mosfet driver+vrm controller+processor to fix it. Most common fault on this mb.

oh,, i already just change the defected upper mos, but core was not generating (although 3v/5v, 1.8, 0.99v VCCSA, 1.05v, Ram 1.5 was present), so have to change all you mentioned. thanks so sir.

Yes, changing only the defective fet wont work. Each and every item i mentioned has to be replaced.

Lenovo X240 - motherboard replacement for X250, no image.
              by andrhouseolly
Friends. I beg you to help me in this situation.
Lenovo X240 with a video problem. Native Intel drivers are not installed,
after installation, a black screen. It works with the standard Microsoft driver.
Understanding that there are problems with the video core,
              I ordered a motherboard from Lenovo X250.
The laptop turns on, starts up, there is no image on the internal display.
The image is output to the external monitor.
I ordered another motherboard from Lenovo X250.
The laptop turns on, starts up, there is no image on the internal display.

Lenovo IdeaPad 330 laptop mosfet issue
              by ebyte64
              Good day everyone.

I have been scratching my head with a Lenovo laptop I got in today.

The laptop had no power and taking no amps from the power supply. Checking voltage showed 20v only on one side of the first mosfet. Took it off and replaced it and then same story. Took off second mosfet and then the first mosfet had the right voltages as well as 25v on gate is it should. Replacing the second mosfet the problem started again.

Even using a wire to bypass the second mosfet does the same interference with the first mosfet.

              Would anyone...

              Hi there!

I found SSM3K7002FU_SC70-3 on one of my donor boards and I want to ask for an advice If I can replace the Lenovo's component with this one.

              Here are the datasheets:

              Dual mosfet replacement help
              by DoOm86
              Hello.
              I have a notebook with a shorted mosfet, it's a E6930 GA8125.
It seems to be a 30V dual asymmetric N-channel AlphaMos.
Luckily the notebook is working, so I just need to find a good replacement for this mosfet.

And here is where I need help!
It's the first time I have to replace this kind of mosfet, I checked on mouse and I found this: (mouser No) = 512-FDPC5030SG.
I need your help to be sure is a good replacement or there is another with better compatibility, since I can't find the same exact (just from China).
              Thanks!...
