Problem : Programming EC Ene KB9026Q ASUS X456UQK with SVOD3

Hai Guys, I need help here
I wanna to reprogram EC Ene KB9026Q C,
if you guy see my picture no 1, that (pin 9 : KSI4) is not connected,
already test the pin from Keyboard connector to SVOD3, its not problem.
but somehow, its said pin false.
Try to ignore it, but still cannot read id (picture 2)

Its that mean my EC ene is bad?

    Sory IWant add some information,
This Asus X456UQK has a problem with no respon with power button.
    Already check :
    19V power rail OK.
    3.3V and 5V OK.
3.3V in power button, turn to 0V when pressed. OK
But still no respon, Ampere show 14mA when adaptor pluggin. But no reaction when I pressed the power button.
Already program the BIOS chip, still the same.

Meter it all the way to the EC pins, not just to the keyboard connector. Does your SVOD3 work with other ENE EC's ok? I've had issues on my SVOD3 previously with one of the PA1 (DMG1013UW) FET's got damaged.

is the ene microcontroller actually running?
does it get power and clock?

            thanks all for the respond,
i dont know if this what the cause of it, but when checked again, i found that 1V is not present (like 3.3V and 5V). I found one resistor is turn bad, so I fix it, already check again, laptop can turn on normally without programming the EC, so maybe this is one that cause it cannot be program.
            Thanks alot guys.
